This position combines financial controlling expertise with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven solutions within the IT FIN team.

Your mission will be…

Support IT FIN Hub in Lisbon by contributing to controlling and Digital FIN initiatives.
Collaborate with the Controlling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Execute core financial activities, such as budget and forecast preparation, cost analysis, and reporting.
Prepare insightful reports and provide support for planning and budgeting cycles.
Maintain and optimize existing digital solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Drive process digitalization, identify opportunities for automation, and continuous improvement.
Create dashboards in Power BI to visualize key financial and operational metrics.
Transform and integrate data sources for accurate and efficient reporting.
Participate in projects, contributing to innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

We are looking for someone with…

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
SAP knowledge (preferred).
Experience with Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
Familiarity with Python and Power Apps (preferred).
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and professional ethics.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
Willingness to work in an international environment.
