    Fed Finance, empresa especializada em Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente na área da Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, encontra-se a recrutar um Treasury Group Manager (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Lisboa.

    O SEU PERFIL

    • Licenciatura/Mestrado em Administração de Empresas, Contabilidade ou Finanças
    • 5 a 7 anos de experiência em gestão estratégica de tesouraria
    • Fortes habilidades analíticas, expertise financeira, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de tomar decisões estratégicas
    • Experiência em negociações com a banca
    • Capacidade de comunicar claramente com uma ampla variedade de stakeholders, desde funcionários até à gestão e parceiros externos
    • Aprender rápido, capaz de trabalhar de forma independente sob prazos apertados e prioridades em constante mudança
    • Fluência em inglês é necessária, qualquer outra língua europeia é uma vantagem.

Se tem experiência em Start Ups, gestão estratégica de tesouraria em vários contexto internacional e gestão de equipa esta é a oportunidade ideal

    • Previsão e monitorização do fluxo de caixa para garantir liquidez adequada para operações diárias, investimentos e pagamentos de dívidas
    • Desenvolvimento de modelos e estratégias de fluxo de caixa para otimizar saldos de caixa e minimizar custos de empréstimos
    • Responsável por toda a gestão de contas a pagar e receber
    • Identificação, avaliação e gestão dos riscos financeiros, incluindo riscos de taxa de juros, riscos cambiais, riscos de crédito e riscos de liquidez
    • Gerir os contactos com instituições financeiras, incluindo negociação de termos para serviços bancários, facilidades de crédito e produtos de investimento
    • Monitorizar e gerir o portfólio de dívidas do grupo
    • Avaliar prazos de pagamento de dívidas, opções de refinanciamento e negociar termos favoráveis com credores
    • Gestão da equipa de tesouraria
    • Pro-atividade e sentido crítico para participar em melhoria contínua de processos internos
