- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and pain points. Regularly engage with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Be the main point of contact to the customer for service topics: business reviews, service performance, issue escalations, contract renewals & upgrades, etc.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Present our services to clients, highlighting their value proposition. Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as service operations, engineering, purchasing, etc) to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with colleagues to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in service sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B industrial ecosystem.
- Successful track record of selling products – hardware, software and services – of high technical complexity.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, ERP and CRM software, and document management tools.
- Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
