- Deliver first and second level support

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT System Administrator
- Experience in Office 365, Exchange Online and MFA
- Experience in active directory and technical support
- Experience in MDM (Intune, Jamf, Baramundi)
- Experience in IT-Security (DLP, Disaster Recovery, HA Systems)
- Agile mindset and toolset experience
- Experience in project management

The IT System Administrator is accountable for overseeing the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, managing stock inventory, and coordinating the distribution of technical resources across the organization. Additionally, this role involves managing and maintaining the core services IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency at all times, all while excelling in crafting precise and standardized documentation for essential IT processes.
