YOUR MISSION
We are looking for the person who sets the direction for our scrum team. Not alone of course, but by constantly getting, evaluating, and prioritising inputs from the team and its stakeholders. As a product owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. You will also support the scrum team, manage backlog items, and optimise the value of our products. In conclusion, you will lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.

You should be able to plan and manage the development project from start to finish and ensure that the products meet the customer's needs.

Your top qualities are that your attention to details, and your excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing product roadmaps
• Managing, refining, and prioritizing backlog items
• Defining product features according to identified client needs
• Determining future requirements in relation to a product roadmap
• Identifying and filling product gaps
• Generating & validating new product ideas
• Conducting market analysis and outlining detailed product strategies
• Understand product selling points and improve customer experiences
• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
• Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- +5 years of experience working with utility-scale renewable energy production

• Strong technical background with experience in software development and AI
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• B2B working experience in Customer Service or Sales

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in product management
• Language skills in German, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
• Experience working at a SaaS company
