On behalf of our client, a leading company undertaking technology projects in both public and private sectors with numerous years of experience, we are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join its team.


A day in the life of an 'Engineering Manager '


You will lead and mentor an experienced team of engineers and will manage the company's projects while delivering high quality services to the clients.


Your day-to-day

  • Collaborate with the Development team to introduce and design new products
  • Forecast projects' timelines effectively
  • Support company systems and ensure performance & availability
  • Manage the team's performance
  • Mentor Engineers and facilitate career growth opportunities

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in managing successful teams
  • 4+ year of Ruby on Rails experience building APIs and integrations
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
