    Dutch Speaking Recruiter - Werk op afstand vanuit huis

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Nederlandstalige Recruiter die vanuit huis wil werken. Deze rol biedt flexibiliteit en de kans om deel uit te maken van een wereldwijd team.     Rolbeschrijving

    Als Nederlandstalige Recruiter bent u verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces van het identificeren van potentiële kandidaten tot het afsluiten van de deal. Uw dagelijkse taken omvatten het screenen van CV's, het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het onderhouden van relaties met zowel kandidaten als klanten. Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om te werken met een verscheidenheid aan branches en functies. U kunt overal ter wereld werken, zolang u maar toegang heeft tot een stabiele internetverbinding.

    Vereisten

    • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

    • Bereidheid om te leren en zich aan te passen aan nieuwe technologieën.
