Job Purpose

To ensure that all the bank movements are correctly recognized and duly supported in the accounting books.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily monitoring and controlling the bank posting process;
Prepare and record daily bank entries by compiling and analyzing bank statements and G/L account information;
To collaborate with other teams to get the necessary information to proceed with bank postings;
Responsible for the execution of the monthly bank reconciliations;
To document month-end bank evidence and support;
To collaborate with other teams to provide reports based on the bank accounting entries;
Continuous improvement processes related to bank postings and bank reconciliations;
Perform other reporting duties or ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Economy or related discipline;
Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferable);
SAP experience (preferable);
At least 2 years of work experience in the accounting area;
Ability to multitask and set priorities;
Knowledge of accounting standards and principles;
Cultural awareness and working in an international environment;

Demonstrated commitment to and successful achievement of business goals and outcomes;
Highly focused, motivated, and self-directed;
