About the job
- Within the Cash Management Support Team, the Supervisor fulfills the role of back up of the Team Leader and "SPOC" (Single Point of Contact) for a specific country scope, on both production and management roles and responsibilities. The main mission remains the delivery of high quality service in all matters relating to installation and ongoing support and maintenance of eBanking, Cash Management and other related daily banking products in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures
Your Main Activities Are
- Handles Cash Management product administration (ebanking contracting, documentation)
- Provides clients with cashmanagement support (e.g. user assistance, training, etc.)
- Ensure the back up of the Team Leader in case of absence for all production and management tasks, excepted the HR admin related topics
- Reinforce the role of the Team Leader in crisis cases (e.g. high workload, incident, client's complaint, etc.)
- Fulfill the role of "SPOC" for a specific country scope, act as expert with regards to all specificities linked to the country (e.g. processes, procedures, legislation, etc.), help other Cash Management Technical Office colleagues with cases related to that country
- Support the Team Leader in providing the quality feedback to production committees together
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations and/or Client Management
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel)
