- Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates.
- Provide updates on sourcing efforts and share potential candidate profiles with Recruitment Specialists.
- Attend training sessions and work closely with the team.
- Contribute to the company's culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
