    A Claire Joster está atualmente a recrutar para uma empresa líder europeia em Customer Experience e Business Solutions, que pretende reforçar a sua estrutura interna com a integração de um Junior Management Controller (m/f)

    Principais responsabilidades:


    Apoiar a análise regular do negócio e permitir um acompanhamento mais profundo da atividade operacional e financeira das operações;Coordenar análises de negócio bimestrais para as Key Accounts de forma a promover um melhor e mais profundo conhecimento das mesmas;Apoiar as tarefas de controlo dos custos de rendas de habitação em coordenação com terceiros e preparar relatórios mensais para o Senior Management Controller e CFO;Acompanhamento regular dos custos de recrutamento, para garantir uma monitorização mais profunda dos custos, relacionando a evolução do investimento com o desgaste, o absentismo e as condições de mercado.

    Dar apoio na atualização das ferramentas de custeio e pricing de forma a garantir um maior rigor;Apoio ao Senior Management Controller nos processos de estimativas comerciais/financeiras (orçamento, previsão, rolling forecast, outturn);Auditoria interna dos processos/departamentos mais relevantes, a fim de controlar o risco financeiro;Revisão dos relatórios operacionais das principais contas para facilitar a compreensão e medir o impacto dos eventos operacionais nos resultados de cada projeto;Apoio à equipa de contabilidade no processo de fecho do mês quando necessário.


    Requisitos:


    Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou em área similar;Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em auditoria;Proficiência em trabalhar com excel;Experiência anterior em contabilidade de gestão é uma mais valia;Bom nível de inglês (falado e escrito);Boa capacidade de comunicação,Proactividade.
