- Develop studies, technical and financial analyses of essentially technological solutions suited to business needs, selecting solutions and drawing up recommendations;
- Develop essentially technological projects, specialised technical SPOC within the scope of business projects;
- Identifying and selecting service providers, defining and drawing up administration, security, support, operational and technology management standards and procedures;
- Develop solution implementation activities, technological management and administration, security and incident and problem resolution;
- Providing specialized support to the Technical Support and Operational Support teams in incident resolution, daily performance monitoring, routine checks and maintenance, access control, permissions and privileges.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or similar field;
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of Cloud technology (Azure, AWS, others);
- Previous experience and knowledge of programming languages, scripting and automation;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
