- Understand the business strategy, in order to develop and implement a data strategy, to generate value for the company;
- Lead, motivate, and manage technical teams, having a close contact with different stakeholders;
- Design and implement data strategies and systems, including for the fields of AI, ML, cloud computing, big data, analytics, business intelligence and IoT;
- Deploy and maintain AI and ML models in production environments;
- Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, protection and compliance of data and related systems (governance and compliance), as well as lead, motivate, and manage technical teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management, Computer Engineering or other similar area;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of relevant data and analytics;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and independently.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
