- Coordinate monthly group Percentage of Completion (PoC) project reporting for selected selling entities:
- Validate SAP ERP/BI project data extractions
- Perform checks on project data and liaise with business partners
- Distribute and support project valuation in local Sales entities
- Consolidate and interpret PoC valuation
- Enhance and automate tools
- Lead group monthly forecasting/backlog process for the same selling entities:
- Validate SAP ERP/BI data for project forecasting
- Check forecast data accuracy
- Distribute and assist with forecasting in local Sales entities
- Consolidate and interpret forecasting/backlog valuation
- Enhance and automate tools
- Analyze monthly local and group results:
- Identify drivers for revenue and margin losses
- Analyze individual PoC + CCM projects
- Link purchasing/production impacts with projects
- Develop in-house controlling tools
- Execute specific sales controlling activities:
- Manage project linking and bonus calculations
- Support industrial controller at the Ovar plant:
- Conduct regular screenings on waste and output
- Validate intercompany sales/production orders
- Analyze plant costing variances
- Validate commercial costing parameters
- Conduct ad hoc analysis upon management request
- Master's degree in Finance or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP
- Proficiency in IT tools and advanced Excel solutions
- Strong analytical abilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to provide on-site support as needed
