- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis and due diligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
