Como é Ser Diretor de Após Venda – Bus & Coach?
– Tem uma grande capacidade de liderança de equipas
– É um comunicador nato e tem uma grande capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão
– Forte capacidade de tomada de decisão, proatividade e assertividade
– Gerir a relação e negociação com os clientes com autocarros em operação em Portugal e no estrangeiro
– Apaixonado e com elevada experiência na área técnica, não deixando de parte competências comerciais e de negociação
– Gerir, coordenar e desenvolver áreas técnicas e de negócio do departamento Após Venda, reportando ao CCO da empresa
– Capacidade de elaboração e implementação de estratégias de desenvolvimento da rede de assistência e das demais parcerias de Após Venda nos mercados de atuação
– Assegurar a excelência da qualidade do serviço de após venda, a atenção e a satisfação de clientes nacionais e internacionais
– Desenvolver e inspirar a equipa de Após Venda, mantendo os níveis de motivação da equipa elevados
– Capacidade de promoção de ações de melhoria – mentalidade Problem Solving – com envolvimento dos departamentos internos, para implementação das ações preventivas e corretivas necessárias ao produto
– Disponibilidade para viajar para acompanhamento de clientes com a sua equipa

O que valorizamos:
– Formação superior em engenharia mecânica, automóvel ou similar
– Experiência relevante mínima de 10 anos na área de Gestão Após Venda (preferencial em OEM)
– Experiência em trabalhar numa realidade B2B internacional e em contexto de complexo crescimento
– Conhecimentos sobre gestão de frotas de autocarros elétricos (preferencial e altamente valorizado)
– Experiência comprovada na análise e otimização de margens, preços e organização
– Fluência em Inglês (obrigatório)
– Conhecimentos de Alemão e Francês (valorizado)
