Junior IT Change Manager will help coordinate all change activities and initiatives within an department Centre of Insights and Analytics.


You will be a part of the team responsible for the overall quality of the change management process by ensuring that requested changes meet business objectives.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Review and record requests for change (RFCs)
  • Creating and owning open Change Requests within Centre of Insights and Analytics department.
  • Validating the eligibility of change, implementation steps, applicable risk mitigations, backout plans and planned schedule
  • Allocating changes to appropriate teams for assessment and authorization, according to the change model
  • Monitoring and reviewing the activities of the teams that build and test changes
  • Facilitating Emergency Change approval
  • Reviewing retrospectively registered changes for process compliance
  • Helping Run and Support Team on daily basis task (deployment, monitoring)

  • Change requests categorization and prioritization
  • Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Change management strategy
  • Azure deployments

Key personal skills and experience

  • Understanding of business needs, targets, and processes, as well as the technology opportunities to improve business
  • Experience with virtual teams
  • Experience with Service Delivery and ITSM process management would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take decisions and execute them
  • Knowledge of SQL database, MS Azure will be an added advantage.
  • Good English level
