- Analisar os cadernos de encargos dos clientes e propor soluções técnicas de modo a que os produtos satisfaçam os requisitos exigidos.
- Definir as características e especificidades técnicas de cada produto/peça.
- Estudar modificações ECR, e dar suporte no seguimento das mesmas. Elaborar, apresentar e defender tecnicamente dossiers de candidatura a projetos.
- Decisão de realizar ou não protótipos (validação interna de conceito). Analisar protótipos, na definição do processo de fabrico.
- Analisar com as equipas de trabalho as tolerâncias dos planos e características especiais / críticas / significativas, impostas pelo cliente.
- Cumprir, fazer cumprir e melhorar os procedimentos do Sistema da Qualidade.
- Assegurar uma comunicação eficaz com o cliente, e garantir as respostas solicitadas pelo cliente na sua área respetiva.
- Garantir que os procedimentos internos são cumpridos, e que a norma ISOTS 16949 é aplicada no âmbito de desenvolvimento de projetos.
- Assegurar o cumprimento da metodologia interna de Desenvolvimento Projetos (SPPS), e que a sua aplicação é efetuada com rigor nas atividades previstas, e respetiva validação dos KEY-RELEASES.
- Gerir a nível documental a informação relativa ao desenvolvimento do projeto.
- Elaboração de relatórios de visitas clientes/fornecedores, e divulgação.
- Ser um elemento ativo na equipa de projeto para melhorar a rentabilidade dos projetos em fase de desenvolvimento e série. Dar suporte aos projetistas nas suas tarefas.
- Licenciatura
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes
- Conhecimentos de CAD CATIA, 3D sólidos e superfícies
- Conhecimentos técnicos de mecanismos e componentes mecânicos
- Conhecimento de desenho técnico 2D (leitura)
- Conhecimento de moldes e injeção
- Conhecimento de geometria descritiva e toleranciamento (GD&T)
- Exige disponibilidade para mobilidade internacional e para deslocações (internas e externas)

Esta função visa a conceção e desenvolvimento de novos projetos tendo por objetivo a observância dos requisitos de produção e qualidade impostos pelo cliente, garantindo a execução do plano de afetação da equipa de projetistas.
