- Coordinating all maintenance related activities.
- Supervise a team of 14 maintenance technicians.
- Approving preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance interventions, as well as requested or necessary improvement orders.
- Ensuring maintenance work is supervised and executed within timelines and in compliance with quality standards.
- Supporting Production Department analyzing root causes and implementing solutions.
- Implementing Continuous Improvement actions in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics and electrical production processes.
- Performing functional analysis of devices and machines during approval phase.
- Interacting with other technical teams
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (other Engineering fields might be considered).
- Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical maintenance in an industrial environment.
- Good command of English.
- Computer skills namely, ERP systems (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, such as communication and negotiation, team working and proactivity.
- Strong team and project leadership skills.
- Analytical thinking, methodical ways of working and motivation to join a fast-pace and demanding working environment.

In this position, as a member of the maintenance department, you will supervise the team and coordinate working activities, ensuring that maintenance work is implemented on time and meets quality standards.
