At the French Rider LOB, you'll be helping Riders to improve their experience through messaging.
This is a full-time opportunity to work with an outstanding operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.
What You Will Do
- Handle messaging with Uber's Riders
- Connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
- Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
- Crosssupporting other teams
What You Will Need
- Proficiency in French is required
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Softskills to handle interactions with our Riders
- Outstanding reading comprehension and writing skills. Able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
- Experience in a highvolume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, or other support environments preferred but not mandatory;
- Bachelor's degree or college experience is helpful
