What are the responsibilities?

Direct support for the Country CEO, including calendar management, organizing travel, meetings and events
Coordinating internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that all messages are handled professionally and confidentially
Preparing presentations, reports and other documents for meetings and executive presentations
Carrying out financial research and analyses to support strategic decisionmaking
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and projects
Handling special tasks and confidential projects as required
Managing travel expenses
Support to the European Management Team

What do you need to qualify for this job?

Higher education
Fluent in Portuguese and English, spoken and written (mandatory)
Advanced knowledge of other languages (French or German) will be valued
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a similar role in a multinational environment (mandatory)
Strong communication skills, dynamism, organisation and responsibility
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
High sense of ethics and professional secrecy
Proactive attitude and ability to make independent decisions when necessary
