    In the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success.

    As a Technical Support Engineer you will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues.

    QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsRelevant technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.


    English Language:
    confident in reading, writing and speaking.

    • Additional skills on one of the following languages will be considered a big plus: German/French/Italian.
    Additional or Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree or adequate practical background on the following Technologies:


    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 / 2014 /2016 /2017 /2019 / 2022 at administrative level (Installation, index and table maintenance, backups etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 / 2014 /2016 /2017 /2019 / 2022 at dev level (SQL language, Stored Procedures, etc.)
    Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory)Additional skills on one of the following technologies will be considered a big plus:

    • Windows Clustering.
    • Debugging / Creating and Reading memory Dumps.
    • Excellent understanding of Database concepts and deployments.
    • Experience supporting or maintaining complex mission critical database solutions, RDMS technologies, and/or SQL language.
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions.
    • Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
    • Passion for technology, lifelong learning and professional development.
    • Experience troubleshooting distributed solutions.
    • Basic Networking, Storage and Platform troubleshooting skills.
    • A Microsoft certification (MCSE or MCSD) is also considered a plus.
    • Strong knowledge related to any other relational DB (eg Oracle) running in a Windows environment.

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

    These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

    Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

    This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
