Main Responsibilities:
Implementing quality assurance strategies, processes, systems, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products. Leading the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets. Addressing trends with internal and external non-conformance.
Reviewing reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues Qualifications & Experience required:
High School or University Degree (preferred) in chemical Engineering; At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the cork industry; Experience in making reports, data sheets and follow-up control records in the production.
Knowledge of ISO standards Top Candidates will also have Comprehensive knowledge of the cork industry; its products and services; its internal systems, processes, and procedures; and a general understanding of customers, competitors, and market influencers.
