    Função / responsabilidades
    Compliance

    • Gerente de normas de segurança e saúde no trabalho e contato direto com empresas externas
    • Elaboração e acompanhamento de Auditorias Sociais/Ambientais/Fabricantes/Clientes (CSR/QIMA/FSC/SEDEX)
    • Organizar e monitorar o relacionamento com organismos de certificação e emissores de normas
    • Propor/Monitorar a implementação de ações corretivas após comentários e não conformidades após auditoria
    • Monitoramento de conformidade com análises e recomendações de impacto (regulamento de madeira da UE)
    Qualidade produto

    • Projetar/Revisar/validar planos de controle de qualidade em todas as etapas de fabricação e desenvolvimento de produtos com base em arquivos técnicos.
    • Realização/Acompanhamento de Teste Funcional em laboratório
    • Ser o garante das inspeções de qualidade nos fornecedores e internamente durante o desenvolvimento/produção do produto
    • Garantir a disponibilização e monitorização dos indicadores de compliance (análise, correção, melhoria)
    • Responsável QC / equipa
    Habilidades / qualidades

    • Gestão da qualidade / Norma ISO 900
    • Gerenciamento de documento.
    • Medidas de qualidade e higiene.
    • Procedimentos / regras de qualidade e controle.
    • Ferramentas informáticas.
    • Ferramentas de medição e controle.
    • Processamento de dados estatísticos.
    Qualidades exigidas

    • Espírito metódico e rigoroso.
    • Boas habilidades interpessoais e editoriais.
    • Boa mente analítica.
    • Carta de condução.
    Experiência

    • 10 anos na indústria.
    Línguas

    • Português.
    • Inglês falado e escrito.
