- Atendimento telefónico ao cliente;
- Gestão dos pedidos de abertura de tickets de técnicos/especialista de aplicação e pedidos via Teamplay Fleet;
- Gestão das plataformas de comunicação digital do Customer Care Centre (mailbox, Teams, Teamplay Fleet, Yammer, SMS);
- Suporte à gestão dos agendamentos com clientes;
- Permitir uma maior disponibilidade de todos para uma melhor comunicação com os CSE (customer services engineers) e CAS (Customer application services).
Requisitos:- Sem preferência no background;
- Experiência profissional no atendimento telefónico ao cliente;
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório);
- Proatividade na procura de soluções junto com os colegas de equipa;
- Dinamismo e vontade de aprender;
- Empatia e boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Skills de informática na ótica do utilizador.
