We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns.

This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Design and implement the performance marketing strategy
Grow and develop the Performance Team
Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve volume/efficiency
Monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop highconverting ad creatives
Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for retargeting
Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability.

REQUERIMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 2 years of handson experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
Proficiency in Excel, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics
Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
Strong knowledge of the ecommerce customer journey and sales funnels.
