    Na IDW desenhamos e implementamos soluções e serviços em algumas das maiores empresas a operar em Portugal e a nível internacional.

    Estamos à procura de um Developer Ruby on Rails para integrar um projeto no Porto, em modelo remoto.


    Perfil:

    • Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou área relacionada. Certificações relevantes (opcional).
    • Desenvolvimento de aplicações com Ruby on Rails, com conhecimento sólido da framework e das práticas recomendadas;
    • Forte experiência com a plataforma Redmine;
    • Proficiência em desenvolvimento de plugins para Redmine, permitindo a implementação de novos recursos e funcionalidades personalizadas;
    • Capacidade de integrar o Redmine com outras ferramentas e sistemas, como controle de versão, sistemas de suporte, e-mails e aplicativos de terceiros;
    • Conhecimento sólido de bancos de dados relacionais, como PostgreSQL ou MySQL, e habilidade em escrever consultas complexas quando necessário;
    • Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e análise, com uma abordagem sistemática para encontrar soluções eficazes;
    • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa, colaborando com stakeholders;
    • Comunicação clara e eficaz, verbal e escrita, facilitando a interação com clientes e membros da equipa.

    Tarefas:

    • Desenvolvimento e customização de instâncias Redmine para uma variedade de organizações, adaptando a plataforma às suas necessidades específicas de gerenciamento de projetos e colaboração;
    • Migração de dados de sistemas legados para o Redmine, garantindo a integridade e consistência das informações durante o processo;
    • Especialização na personalização e extensão da plataforma Redmine para atender aos requisitos específicos do projeto e da organização;
    • Integração de Redmine com outras ferramentas e sistemas, como controle de versão, sistemas de suporte, e-mails e aplicativos de terceiros.
