Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibility for team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Supervisory role in customer service related matter within the freight forwarding industry.
General knowledge of various local and International shipping and freight forwarding practices is an advantage.Knowledge in SAP, ERP systems, computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage.
Good communication in English (oral and written)
