- Consultingand deriving use cases: You derive use cases and business casesbased on the requirements
- Monitoringtechnical requirements: You monitor the implementation of technicalrequirements by external service providers.
- Support and training: You process support requests and conductinsightful system training sessions.
- Degree:You have a degree in (business) informatics / IT or a comparablesubject. Alternatively, you have completed training or furthertraining as an IT system administrator.
- Professional experience: You have initial experience in thedevelopment and customization of complex software systems, ideallywith essentialsFM. Practical experience in the field ofcomputer-aided facility management (CAFM) or digital buildingautomation is also an advantage.
