    ServiceNow Senior Developer / Architect
    Job Description Stefanini is hiring Portugal-based senior professionals experienced with ServiceNow architecture and development for a hybrid role , on a Lisbon-based client, within the retail business sector, operating around the world.

    As a ServiceNow Senior Developer / Architect you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business needs. You will leverage your deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, HR and ITOM modules to provide strategic guidance and deliver effective solutions.This role takes place on a diverse multidisciplinary team, where English is mandatory.Work model: hybrid (regular week: 3 days at the Lisbon office + 2 remote days) Key Responsibilities :
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design customized ServiceNow solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, HR and ITOM modules, to architect solutions that address complex challenges.
  • Architecture and Implementation: Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Configuration and Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms to align with client needs.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and system configurations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Job Requirements Role Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Senior Developer and/or Architect with a minimum of 5 years in Senior Developer and/or Architect roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, HR and ITOM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English mandatory | Portuguese, Spanish and Polish are nice to have)
  • Availability to work effectively in local and/or hybrid team environment. (per week, the normal is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote).
