- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to support company objectives and drive brand awareness;
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and advertising materials;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, innovation & sustainability, and product design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts;
- Coordinate social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to increase followers and engagement;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and effective marketing solutions;
- Coordinate company participation in exhibitions with external companies.
Requirements:- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate complex ideas effectively;
- English Fluent - mandatory (B2 minimum). Spanish and French, preferable;
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms;
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
