- Prospeção de clientes;
- Publicar anúncios de emprego em páginas de carreiras, feiras de emprego e redes sociais;
- Procurar candidatos através de vários canais (base de dados, anúncios, grupos Facebook, Linkedin, etc);
- Estabelecer uma vasta rede de contactos com potenciais clientes e candidatos;
- Realizar triagens curriculares e entrevistas;
- Elaborar relatórios de entrevista;
- Acompanhamento e contacto com clientes, levantamento das suas necessidades, assegurar a receção dos pedidos de recrutamento e de outsourcing;
- Enviar shortlist aos clientes com potenciais candidatos qualificados;
- Promover ativamente os melhores candidatos a potenciais clientes;
- Atualizar os clientes sobre o estado dos candidatos número de candidatos obtidos vs perdidos);
- Preparar os candidatos antes das entrevistas com os clientes;
- Criar pipelines de talentos com candidatos de elevado potencial para futuras oportunidades nos clientes.
