- Your role will involve managing support requests from Creators regarding their channels via email and chat, with the potential for phone support in the future.
- You'll be liaising with Creators who contribute to our client's platform revenue and benefit from it, identifying their issues, and providing assistance to promptly resolve them.
- Proficiency in customer support and relevant experience are crucial for achieving success in this role.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably gained in contact centers operating within both B2C and/or B2B environments.
- Experience in live customer support across various channels such as phone, chat, email, and in-person interactions is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in the language of support, both written and spoken at a native level, is essential.
- Applicants should demonstrate their capability to effectively meet customer needs, showcasing active listening skills and the ability to gather relevant information through probing.
- An aptitude for handling challenging situations is required.
- Responsibilities will include providing customer and technical support through chat and email channels, with the possibility of future involvement in inbound phone support.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
