JUNIOR CONSULTANT TRAINEE (IEFP Internship)

MERCER CONSULTING TEAM
We are a team dedicated to support all of Mercer's lines of business.

We support Health, Wealth and Career, which allows us to acquire an amplified vision of what is the company value proposition as well as a diverse and enriching learning experience.

We will count on you to:

  • Support and participate on projects from different lines of business (benefits projects, pension & investments projects and human resources projects);
  • Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information;
  • Production of reports;
  • Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.

What you need to have:


  • Degree in Mathemathics, Economics, Management, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or similar;
  • Good level of english language proficiency (B2 or above) and full portuguese proficiency;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Curiosity and learning agility;
  • Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
  • Accountability and ownership.
