    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and organize project information in an appropriate format for presentation to all Devoteam stakeholders, including C-level management.
    • Maintain and implement new reports, KPI and indicators in the PMO Dashboard platform.
    • Regular execution of the project management audit process.
    • Ensure proper stability, performance and availability of the PMO Dashboard platform.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a postgraduate in IT
    • 1-2 years of experience as Data Specialist, preferably in the context of PMO
    • Proficiency and proven experience developing Dashboard solutions based in Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx
    • Some experience in developing Dashboards in Google Looker
    • Excellent understanding and experience of SQL programming
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs e Slides)
    • Clear understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall or Agile, Scrum and/or Lean methodologies)
    • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good Time Management, Planning, Prioritization and Communication skills
    • Good level of English, spoken and written
