- Collaborate with the finance team in preparing accounting data;
- Assist in administrative activities, including document management, classification, and organization of information;
- Support in processing financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, checking current accounts, and bank reconciliations;
- Assist in monthly reporting, including liaising with entities and auditors;
- Participation in continuous improvement projects;
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting records, and meeting established deadlines;
- Participation in projects to improve business processes and financial management;
- Support for the monthly report.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or similar;
- Eligibility for IEFP internship program;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
