  • A suas futuras funções:

  • Atuar como embaixador da marca na loja.
  • Acolher, aconselhar e orientar os clientes sobre campanhas e produtos, seguindo os padrões de qualidade do nosso cliente
  • Alcançar objetivos de vendas, proporcionando atenção e acompanhamento personalizado aos clientes.
  • Receber os clientes, identificar as suas necessidades e aconselhá-los sobre os produtos e serviços do nosso cliente
  • Iniciar os clientes na arte da degustação do produto do nossos cliente e estimular a sua curiosidade pela sua gama completa de produtos.
  • Realizar análises iniciais de avarias nas máquinas reportadas pelos clientes e orientá-los eficazmente para a Assistência Técnica.
  • Maximizar as vendas de todos os produtos disponíveis em loja.
  • Contribuir para a manutenção da aparência da loja de acordo com a política da empresa (bem organizada, com o equipamento correto e apresentação adequada).
  • Reposição diária de produtos e acessórios.
  • O que será importante para ter sucesso:

  • Habilitações literárias ao nível do Ensino Secundário (mínimo).
  • Experiência profissional de 1-2 anos em atendimento e venda direta ao público de produtos e serviços (preferencial).
  • Formação especializada em relação com clientes e vendas (preferencial).
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês a nível de conversação (preferencial).
