    About the Role:

    Boston Scientific is looking for an Intern through a program promoted by the Portuguese Government, "Estágio Profissional", based in Lisbon.

    The candidate we are looking for will sign an internship contract with the government of Portugal and he/she will work in Boston Scientific for 9 months. The person will be based in the Lisbon office.

    He/she will be part of the neuromodulation team, dealing with high technologic devices.

    It is mandatory that the candidate has never done an "Estágio Profissional" before.

    Key Duties/Activities:

  • Administrative support to the business unit in the internal processes, product processes and marketing activities
  • Organization of technical and commercial information to respond to public procurement.
  • Organization of technical information and demo materials to support marcom activities, congresses, courses, etc.
  • Design of data base formats and data analysis of marketing and sales information.
  • Follow up of educational programs and launching of products in contact with Marketing Europe.
  • Support to sales department through CRM tool: data implementation, data analysis, report building, follow up of continuous training and tool updates.
  • Organization of internal meetings and support to coordinate internal trainings.
  • Support to multichannel and digital marketing activities performed in the division

    • Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate MUST be less than 30 years old;
  • Office: Lisbon
  • Training background: Marketing (Bachelor's degree)
  • Digital Marketing knowledge/experience
  • English level: B2-C1 or above. Spanish level would be a plus.
  • Advanced level on Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Microsoft Access would be a plus.
  • Knowledge on data base design and analysis would be a plus.
