We're looking for a Benefits and Mobility analyst to join our global HR team. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs and mobility initiatives within our organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the business and employee needs.
Additionally, you will oversee mobility programs to facilitate the movement of employees across different locations while ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities
Owning a repository and framework of all benefits programs offered across Unilabs in different countriesGuiding local HR teams on policy and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness programsResearch industry trends and best practices to develop strategies for enhancing our benefits offerings and improving employee satisfactionWork closely with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate plan options, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective solutionsAnalyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement or cost savingsAdvising countries on available mobility programs and packages.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)2+ years of experience in benefits administration, mobility management, or related HR functionsGood knowledge of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practicesExperience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levelsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional certification in benefits administration or HR (e.g.
