Askblue is looking for an IT OPS profile for a project in Lisbon

Main activities:

Participating in the definition of the technical solution
Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog
Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions
Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision
Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.)

Technical scope of the service:

Promoting solutions based on existing products and services, by nature integrating production and security requirements (resilience, monitoring, etc.) in order to reduce implementation time
Anticipating issues of compliance with the rules and standards of architecture, security, delivery times and scaling of the solutions proposed.
Ensuring that the infrastructure and operating requirements are added to the Product Backlog, as well as any technical user story deemed necessary (industrialization, obsolescence management, etc.)
Supporting development teams to secure and speed up project delivery
Implementing technical user stories, independently or by coordinating the right players.

Profile Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience;
IT Infrastructure;
Production Operation Steering;
IT Risk and Cyber Security

Tools: Mastering of the new technological stacks (Elastic Search, Grafana, Promotheus, Dynatrace) for the service monitoring, with an understanding of the DevOps chain (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible,) and container technology (Docker / Kubernetes).

Methodologies: DevOps ans Agile

English language;
French language (optional);
Ability to travel outside of Portugal;
Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances.
