- Gestão de projetos:
- Novos edifícios e arruamentos; alterações/renovações/manutenção - conservação de edifícios e arruamentos;
- Licenciamentos e certificados;
- Controlo e gestão de budget;
- Reunir informação e dados para avaliação económica das soluções a implementar;
- Promover avaliações e correções estruturais;
- Garantir a aplicação de regulamentação legal e interna nas áreas da tua responsabilidade;
- Conservação de edifícios e suas redes intrínsecas;
- Alterações de layout em escritórios, processos produtivos e laboratórios.
- Redes de abastecimento de gás - GN/GPL/Azoto/Oxigénio/Acetileno/Hidrogénio:
- Licenciamentos e requisitos legais;
- Inspeções/Autorizações redes de gás;
- Certificações redes de gás;
- Instalação de novas redes e ramais;
- Novas infraestruturas.
- Redes de abastecimento ar comprimido: instalação de novas redes e ramais, implementação e otimização do sistema – compressores;
- AVAC e AQS:
- Dimensionamento de sistemas AVAC para climatização de novos espaços (escritórios, laboratórios, armazéns, produção);
- Garantir a manutenção dos sistemas, nomeadamente chiller, UTA, VRF, unidades de arrefecimento evaporativo, caldeiras de aquecimento, sistemas solares térmicos e reservatórios de água;
- Identificar potenciais de melhoria tendo em vista a otimização dos sistemas, conforto dos utilizadores e eficiência energética.
- Experiência comprovada em eletromecânica, automação e AVAC (preferencial).
- Experiência prática e know-how em ferramentas de gestão de projetos, melhoria contínua e análise de falhas.
- Familiaridade com medidas de proteção ambiental.
- Conhecimento em processos de licenciamento em construção civil e redes de gás.
