- Apoiar o Diretor na definição da estratégia da área, na sua vertente de Arquitetura de Sistemas e Tecnologias;
- Garantir implementação da visão estratégica da área através da gestão dos sistemas de informação/ softwares que suportam os processos de negócio;
- Assegurar a implementação e gestão de todos os sistemas tecnológicos da hôma, contribuindo em todas as etapas do roadmap dos sistemas/soluções, assegurando a sua qualidade e conformidade face aos requisitos;
- Assegurar a manutenção dos sistemas e soluções, gerindo a sua operação em constante melhoria contínua dos KPIs de performance, mitigando riscos e maximizando segurança;
- Gerir e coordenar os trabalhos da sua equipa de desenvolvimento, quer esta seja interna ou em Outsourcing, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs acordados, os prazos do projeto e a qualidade das soluções;
- Garantir a documentação dos processos, de forma a assegurar a gestão do conhecimento dos sistemas e soluções dentro da Organização;
- Manter um conhecimento atualizado acerca das linguagens utilizadas e soluções tecnológicas, atuando como um especialista na mitigação de falhas e propondo abordagens direcionadas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento tecnológico da Organização;
- Garantir a melhoria contínua dos processos e procedimentos, sugerindo e implementando novos projetos, ações e abordagens que contribuam para a diminuição do risco e desenvolvimento da hôma através da identificação e análise das tendências, inovações e framework das melhores práticas existentes no mercado.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similar;
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções similares;
- Bom domínio na escrita de documentos com especificações técnicas/funcionais;
- Programador com conhecimento e experiência elevada em C#, SQL e REST/API, .NET Core, Docker, PROGRESS;
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
