Para integrar a equipa de Projetos da Fábrica da Nestlé em Avanca procuramos um/a Civil Project Engineer . Terás como principal missão contribuir para o desenho, implementação e start-up de projetos de investimento no site de Avanca, no que diz respeito à obra civil, garantindo o cumprimento de todos os standards da Nestlé e também da legislação em vigor.

O QUE VAIS FAZER ...
• Suportar e coordenar com o responsável pelos trabalhos da obra civil (empresa externa à Nestlé) todas as fases do projeto;
• Criar o cronograma, desenhos e a alocação de recursos necessários para a construção do site;
• Supervisionar a construção do site, assegurando o cumprimento do cronograma definido e de todas as guidelines de segurança e de qualidade;
• Liderar as reuniões diárias de projeto, no que diz respeito à coordenação da construção do site;
• Gerir o budget do projeto, garantido o pedido de orçamentos, as alocações de custos, adjudicação de novas propostas;
• Assegurar a criação de todas as ordens de compra, toda a faturação e capitalização de recursos relacionados com a construção do site;
• Cooperar com as outras equipas de projeto, nomeadamente com a Equipa de Processo e de Automação, de forma a alinhar as prioridades de projeto com a obra civil;
• Gerir com o fornecedor externo a criação de todos os desenhos 2D e 3D.
• Outras atividades relevantes.
ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS?
• Formação académica ao nível superior em Engenharia Civil;
• Curso Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho – nível 6 (preferencial);
• Residente no distrito de Aveiro (preferencial) ou Porto;
• Experiência profissional de 3 a 5 anos em funções similares em contexto industrial;
• Bons conhecimentos de AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D e Navisworks;
• Bons conhecimentos das ferramentas de Microsoft Office, nomeadamente, Excel e Project;
• Bom nível de Inglês (obrigatório) e conhecimentos intermédios de Espanhol (preferencial);
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação, assim como de negociação e gestão de conflitos;
• Orientação para resultados e foco na resolução de problemas;
• Excelente capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão.
