- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in the organization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Assess the current state of Agile practices within the organization and develop strategies for improvement.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Help teams define and track key performance metrics to measure Agile progress.
- Identify and address impediments and roadblocks to Agile adoption.
- Provide training and workshops to build Agile competency within the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a strategic Agile roadmap.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals through the Agile transformation.
- Adept at assessing and improving Agile processes.
- Agile certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), are a plus.
- Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to the unique needs of different teams.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest Agile trends and best practices
