    What will my functions be?

    Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
    Mantain accured records and documentation.

    General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsft ERP Business Central).Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.

    • Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any

    • Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices and

    • Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

    • Annual Accounts and Official Ledgers:

  • Assist in the preparation of official ledgers.

    • Tax Data Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data and documentation to ensure accuracy and

    • Tax Compliance Support:

  • Work closely with senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Contribute to the preparation of tax forms and supporting schedules.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance.

    • Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all tax-related

    • Requirements

    What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related.
  • Posgraduate studies in Accouting or Tax would be great.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in excel.
  • You have been part of a professional services company, and you love it.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ERP Business Central makes adaptation easier.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good ability to adapt to a multitask environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience of at least 1 year.
  • You are used to working in an international environment.
