ROLE:

Develop and implement a social media strategy to connect emotionally and add value to our customers or potential customers lives across various social media channels and languages;
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing;
Work with Content Creation Team and External Partners to create engaging and visually appealing content, to share across social media channels;
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategy as needed to improve results, both qualitatively as well as quantitatively;
Work closely with the Marketing Team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions;
Engage and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management;
Degree in Marketing, Management or similar (preferable);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a great command of English;
Capacity to write engaging copy that connects emotionally with the audience;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
High sense of initiative and team work.
