A PlanetPeople, empresa especializada em Recrutamento e Seleção e Outsourcing, encontra-se a recrutar um Controller Assistant (m/f) para integrar uma empresa cliente - que atua no mercado das telecomunicações, no canal de distribuição de produtos e serviços da Altice Portugal - sediada no Cacém.
Descrição de funções:
.
Criação e desenvolvimento de metodologias:
Controlo de Gestão, Análise de Rentabilidade e Controlo de Budget;
. Análise de indicadores financeiros e elaboração de relatórios de suporte;
. Análise de desvios e controlo de Resultados Financeiros e Não Financeiros (KPI's operacionais e comerciais) face ao budget;
. Controlo e monitorização do fluxo de informação administrativo-financeiro com o prestador de serviços externo;
. Criação e elaboração de reports financeiros e não financeiros;
. Reports pontuais, de acordo, com as necessidades dos canais comerciais;
. Gestão de Contas Correntes;
. Responsável pelo cálculo e envio de comissões a Agentes;
. Validação de Processos, Contestações e Receção/Verificação de Autos vs Produção Comercial;
. Colaboração nos inventários da Empresa;
. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de Reporting Comercial.
Requisitos:
. Forte capacidade de análise e objetividade;
. Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
. Proatividade, responsabilidade e iniciativa;
. Metódico, organizado e analítico na gestão do trabalho;
. Gosto por trabalhar em equipa e orientado para atingir os objetivos que são propostos;
. Proficiência no uso de Excel Avançado;
. Conhecimentos em normas Contabilísticas será valorizado;
. Experiência em ferramentas Office;
. Residência na área de Lisboa (preferencial Sintra, Cascais e Oeiras).
