What we're looking for:

Responsibilities

Analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to create accurate demand and sales plans, identify gaps and risks, and develop contingency plans for business continuity
Study, mastery, and integration into the work of the department of a range of new analytical tools for assessing the automotive spare parts market and EU car park
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, cover future events, and ensure customer satisfaction
The target assortment matrix in the assigned categories in accordance with the assortment policy and evaluation of priorities for development
Target matrix coverage by active assortment with defined performance parameters

Experience:

7+ years of experience in assortment analysis
Category management advanced skills
Multitasking and Prioritization
Experience in ecom sales and demand planning
Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and software to improve forecasting quality and assess substitute products demand management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure efficient execution of demand planning initiatives.
Auto parts Aftermarket knowledge (main manufacturers, their quality, consumption patterns, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor or higher level diploma

Russian ( is a must) and English proficiency level B2 or higher
