    Sobre a vaga O Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa.

    vai reforçar a sua equipa do Departamento Comercial com o intuito de continuar a dinamizar a Missão que nos move:
    proporcionar experiências de sonho a todos os Clientes que nos procuram A reportar diretamente à Direção de Vendas, estará envolvido nos seguintes desafios: ☆ Participa activamente no desenvolvimento da estratégia comercial; ☆ Realiza estudos de mercado para identificar novos e potenciais mercados, tendências e concorrência; ☆ Organiza reuniões de negócios com potenciais Clientes: Nacionais e Internacionais; ☆ Desenvolve plano de ação e participa em feiras, fóruns, roadshows, sales calls, entre outros; ☆ Promove os espaços e serviços do Hotel; ☆ Faz a gestão, negociação e acompanhamento dos Clientes; ☆ Analisa relatórios de venda atendendo ao orçamento estabelecido; ☆ Elabora reports de ações realizadas e de produtividade; ☆ Promove relações duradouras com Clientes novos e atuais


    Requisitos e competências esperadas:
    ☆ Experiência profissional comprovada como gestor de desenvolvimento comercial ou em função relevante; ☆ Historial de vendas comprovado na área da hotelaria; ☆ Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito); ☆ Capacidade de comunicação e negociação; ☆ Capacidade estabelecer boas relações interpessoais; ☆ Capacidade de planeamento e gestão do tempo.
