    A Upstar deu início a um processo de recrutamento para a função de Motion Designer.

    O que procuramos?


    • Paixão por motion graphics e sólidos conhecimentos de design gráfico;
    • Conhecimento das etapas de um projeto criativo
    • Produção de motion graphics cativantes para autopromos e spots televisão;
    • Criação de identidades visuais para programas e canais de televisão;
    • Experiência em várias técnicas e estilos de animação 2D (After Effects) e 3D (C4D, bónus: redshift);
    • Compreensão técnica de formatos gráficos e de vídeo;
    • Cultura visual forte e aplicação de tendências, que acrescentem valor a um projeto e/ou trabalho de equipa;
    • Sentido crítico apurado sobre o seu trabalho e dos seus colegas.

    Perfil:

    • Bom relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de equipa;
    • Fonte de ideias inovadoras e criativas;
    • Capacidade de comunicação eficaz de uma ideia/proposta;
    • Atenção ao detalhe;
    • Responsabilidade e cumprimento de prazos acordados para os projetos.

    Requisitos:

    • Licenciatura ou formação equivalente na área de Comunicação/Audiovisual, Multimédia e/ou experiência profissional no mínimo de 3 anos na área de Pós-Produção Vídeo;
    • Domínio das ferramentas Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D.
    • Valoriza-se formação em Design Gráfico;
    • Valoriza-se conhecimentos e/ou domínio Redshift e Touchdesigner.
